SSIP
MODA are SSIP members.
Membership of SSIP is open to health and safety assessment schemes operating with commercial viability in either the public or private sectors for at least 24 months.
This may include schemes run by individuals or organisations, UKAS-accredited certification bodies, recognised trade associations and other prequalification schemes that adhere to the terms outlined in the SSIP Rules and Bylaws.
SafeContractor
MODA are members of the SafeContractor scheme.
The SafeContractor scheme provides a health and safety audit service for contractors who want to reassure their clients that health and safety is being handled correctly and sufficiently on their sites.
With legislation placing increasing responsibility on organisations to ensure contractor competency, it is vital to have a reliable system in place to assess the suitability of service providers working on-site.
