MODA Contracting delivered a major multidisciplinary refurbishment and infrastructure scheme across a fully occupied industrial estate. The project combined extensive recladding, M&E and internal alterations, fire compartmentation, demolition and external infrastructure works.

Scope of Works

Delivery and key challenges
MODA acted as Principal Contractor and managed complex interfaces between major construction activities and ongoing tenant operations. Robust phasing, stakeholder coordination and safety controls were used to protect occupiers, maintain access and support business continuity throughout the 18-month programme.
Outcome
The scheme was delivered safely and compliantly in a live environment, demonstrating MODA’s ability to manage large-scale, multidisciplinary works while minimising disruption to occupiers.
