Overview

Turnkey reinstatement of a community facility following significant fire damage. MODA delivered the complete project, including demolition and sanitisation, building-envelope and roofing works and the subsequent internal refurbishment and fit-out. The six-month programme transformed the fire-damaged building back into a fully operational facility.

Delivery and key challenges

The project involved working within a heavily fire-damaged building, requiring careful demolition, sanitisation and coordination of multiple trades to safely bring the property back to a usable condition. MODA managed the project from initial strip-out through to final completion, coordinating the structural, roofing, M&E and internal fit-out packages while maintaining programme and quality across the works.

Outcome

MODA successfully completed the project on time and within budget, allowing the community facility to fully reopen as planned and welcome users back for its grand re-opening.
