Scope of Works
- Installation of temporary access provisions.
- Preparation and cleaning of the existing roof surface, including localised repairs and treatment of defective areas.
- Coating of the existing roof using a fully bonded PU liquid waterproofing system.
- Detailing and waterproofing of all roof edges, upstands, penetrations, outlets and junctions.
- Final inspection and finishing works to provide a continuous, durable and watertight roof system.
