Scope of works
- Removal and remediation of the existing combustible façade elements.

Delivery and key challenges
The façade geometry and existing window interfaces created a highly complex design exercise. MODA managed the design, technical coordination and delivery in-house, maintaining clear responsibility from development through installation and completion.
Outcome
The £650,000 scheme was completed within a six-month programme, demonstrating MODA’s ability to take full responsibility for technically complex façade remediation and deliver a compliant solution through one integrated team.
