Scope of works
- Preparation, repair and refurbishment of existing balcony and walkway surfaces prior to waterproofing.
- Installation of a PMMA waterproofing system to provide a durable, fully sealed finish.
- Localised repairs and remedial works to existing roof areas, including associated detailing and junctions.
- Main roof refurbishment, including improved insulation and upgrading the roof build-up to meet Part L requirements.
- Phased works within an occupied residential property, including protection of residents, maintaining safe access routes and making good on completion.
